Shandong Energy Australia engaged MEC to conduct a pre-feasibility study of its Hillalong Coal Project located in the northern Bowen Basin of Queensland.
MEC was involved in full study management including mining, operations and transport authorship. The study works incorporated a full mining and valuation study.
