MEC employees will soon benefit from mentorships with some of the top minds in the business.
MEC’s mentoring program, launched late last year, has attracted a large amount of interest from its talented ranks. To date, 18 MEC mentees are registered with the program and have been carefully paired with mentors from 11 different companies:
- BHP
- CTY Group
- Evolution Mining
- HSE Mining
- MEC/Ortus
- MMG
- Rio Tinto
- South32
- VCI Developments
- Wesfarmers Resources
- Wood Group
The mentors are senior leaders including directors, CEOs and business planning executives, and have a genuine interest in sharing their experiences and supporting individuals to grow and learn. All are strongly aligned with the values of MEC and have been matched with mentees based on their personalities and interests.
